Our next Women's self defense seminar is scheduled for Saturday January 21st from 1:00 until 3:00. The fee is just $5.00. There will also be a contribution box. The concept is simple, pay for what you get from the class. You choose whether you want to  make an additional contribution, or simply just pay the $5.00 for the class. We realize that it is practically impossible for someone to learn to completely defend themselves in a 2 hour class. However, it is quite possible to learn some basic awareness, and quick escape techniques. This class will focus primarily on basic escape strategies, as well as simple, effective self defense techniques designed to distract, incapacitate, and escape.
