I just wanted to say thank you for giving me the opportunity to
do the sensei challenge.. And wanted to finally give a quick update on my bio I did really great I lost inches
as well as pounds,went down a pant size from a size 7 to a 5 which I'm proud of. I will keep on doing my
best at kickboxing it's the only excercise that ever made me
sweat, thats for sure. I always look forward to coming to class. I always have excercised,but I found something that I
love now and that's kickboxfit. And now I noticed I'm more toned and more firm now and thats what kickboxfit
does.. which is great!!!!! I will continue to work on losing a little more weight or inches. And I know if I keep
on coming I'll see more results I definitely feel alot stronger and more energized...
