Hello! My name is Gwen. I am 35 years old, married with 2 little girls ages 3years and 6 years old. About 3 years ago
I quit working to be a stay at home mom. That was the best decision we have ever made! I have always struggled with my weight
I have tried every program imaginable. About 2 years ago I reached my current weight after losing 35 pregnancy pounds. I am
proud that I have been able to maintain the weight loss, but I am ready for more. I just want to be in the "normal"
weight range. I started the Kickboxfit class about 8 months ago and Love it! I am able to consistently exercise, OR watch
what I eat, but it is really hard for me to consistently do BOTH at the same time. BUT I am ready to now give it my BEST SHOT!
My goal is to lose 20 to 30 pounds. Wish me luck.
